OUTREACH TO MARARABA MEDICAL CENTRE

As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals and communities, Ozoza Initiative for Youth and Women Development visited the Mararaba Medical Centre to provide much-needed financial and emotional assistance to patients facing medical and financial hardships. Recognizing that illness can be both physically and emotionally overwhelming, our outreach aimed to not only offer relief through financial aid but also to bring hope, comfort, and encouragement to those in need. During this impactful visit, we carried out several key activities to support patients and their families:

• We provided cash gifts to patients struggling with medical expenses, ensuring they had the financial support necessary to continue their treatment and recovery.
• We covered treatment costs for some patients in urgent need of medical care, removing financial barriers that might have otherwise delayed or prevented them from receiving life-saving treatment.
• We prayed with the patients and shared words of encouragement, offering emotional and spiritual support to uplift their spirits and remind them that they are not alone in their battles.

Beyond providing financial aid, our presence was meant to serve as a symbol of compassion and solidarity, reinforcing our belief that no one should have to endure hardship alone. Through this outreach, Ozoza Initiative reaffirmed its commitment to restoring hope, alleviating suffering, and empowering individuals to navigate difficult circumstances with strength and resilience. We will continue to extend our support to those in need, ensuring that health challenges do not become insurmountable obstacles to a better future.
